Return 

On sale purchase 
* products purchase on sale cannot be cancellled once the order is placed and are not eligible for return/refund/exchange

Hassle free return are accepted within 7 days of delivery .
Please note that the piece must be unused,unwashed, and free of any odor .

In case you have received faulty item from our end,please reach out to our support team at contact no. Via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the order .No claims regarding faulty item will be processed after 24 hours 

Cancellation 
Cancellation is only possible in the case that the product have not been shipped .you can opt for a store credit or opt for another product. Once shipped,cancellation request are not valid.

Exchange 

Hassle free exchange are accepted within 7 days of delivery 

Exchange policy- exchange are allowed once per item for the same or different product,size,or colour of equal or higher value (price difference must be paid )

Refund method 

Refund is to be issued as credit to your quite mode wallet only 

Based on the inspection of the returned item,you will be notified on the approval or rejection of your refund 

If your product is approved,you will be offered either a store credit for 3 months or your product will be exchange within 7 days
